This Privacy Policy explains how Federico Cacace ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Creepy Reddit Stories publishing application (the "Service") connected to the TikTok account @creepyreddit.en, hosted at noctune.com.ar.

We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or TikTok passwords. We do not request access to TikTok direct messages or private follower lists beyond what the authorized API scopes require for video publishing.

2. How We Use Information

• Authenticate and maintain connection to your TikTok creator account.
• Upload, schedule, and manage short-form videos you approve for publication.
• Monitor upload success, debug failures, and improve content workflow.
• Comply with TikTok developer policies and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Legal Basis (where applicable)

We process data based on your consent (TikTok authorization), performance of the publishing service you requested, and legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data only with:

• TikTok — to publish content under authorized API scopes.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and deployment (e.g. Vercel) under confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process.

We do not share TikTok tokens with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

• OAuth tokens: retained while authorization is active, then deleted within 30 days of revocation.
• Upload logs: up to 90 days for troubleshooting.
• Published video files: stored locally on creator infrastructure until manually deleted.

6. Security

API keys and tokens are stored in environment configuration, not in public repositories. We use HTTPS for all API communication. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Revoke TikTok authorization (TikTok app settings → Security → Manage app permissions).
• Request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. TikTok's own age requirements apply to the connected account.

10. Third-Party Links

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be noted on this page.
